I know it wasn't made for kirito to win because of yuuki's sympathy story, but it does make you wonder who would be the victor if everything in the bag was let out.

I honestly think Kirito can win its just, He probably knew her condition and As stated he probably wasnt going full strength like he did when his friends and his life was on the line. Even though yuuki won both battles it looked like in the second battle he was barely trying... But thats just my opinion.
He more or less knew about her condition, but he didn't pull back because of it, so he was "barely trying" is not accurate at all. On the other hand, he also didn't need to fight with all his might as he did in Aincrad, against Death Gun etc.
Also, afaik, the second fight does not have a conclusive ending in the novels. That was an anime only thing.
In the novel, Yuuki just beats Kirito with her Mother's Rosario skill, end of story. No timers or other such bullshit "but"s.
The only thing that even makes this close is that yuuki for all her reaction time isn't as skilled as Kirito or Asuna in sword play. Asuna makes note of this in their duel. So basically Yuuki is better than kirito with just raw power and speed. If she actually had the sword training to match this wouldn't even be close.
The very existence of Yuuki pretty much puts the Kirito is OP arguments to bed. It shows that all the SAO survivors still playing have a massive competative edge over all the other SEED players, both in speed and strength but generally in skill as well.

Except that Yuuki wasn't an SAO survivor. On the contrary, she's one of those "other SEED players" that you were talking about. So, her being strong in no way shows the capabilities of SAO survivors.

i never said she was. I said her existence shows that SAO survivors have a massive advantage over normal players. Yuuki is not a normal SEED player.
How exactly does it do that? One SAO survivor =/= another. For starters, most SAO players either never left the safety of towns or stayed in low/mid level areas where they wouldn't be risking their lives. Then a majority of them never continued playing any other game. Then, even those who actually battled frequently in SAO and still continue playing other games aren't necessarily playing them as hardcore as they used to. Kirito is a prime example of this - in the battle against Death Gun, Kirito was overwhelmed as he hadn't been as actively maintaining his combat skills as Death Gun. Just being an SAO survivor doesn't mean shit unless you're actually putting in some effort.
Dive time is direct correlation to reaction speed, which is in direct correlation to ALO's damage formula. It's why Kirito with beginner equipment was so strong in ALO. The amount of time Yuuki has spent living in the virtual world is the reason for her strength. Other than her Sword art online players have the most dive time of anyone in the SEED.
We're not talking about the players that never left the starting city.Ā Or we wouldn't be talking about skill from fighting. Clearly when mentioning Yuuki's lack of skill in comparison to Kirito and Asuna I wasn't talking about someone who never fought in SAO.
Deathgun spent 2 years practicing one skill over and over added to the photon sword not being very heavy put kirito at a disadvantage. Kirito even says that he's at least Death Guns equal otherwise.
You know kirito wasnt playing serious but if he was he couldve beaten yuuki and he wouldve beaten yuuki
By that logic, Yuuki could've actually played serious herself and still beaten him. They played on an equal terms and he lost. Deal with it. If you throw one character into a "serious" situation but not the other, then your whole point is utterly moot.
if there was no timer but there was a timer if you werent having a duel kirito wouldve totally won i think the creator of sao just did a times up on purpose
There was no timer in the novel. Yuuki won fair and square, no ifs or buts about it. The anime added that timer in because all the Kirito fanboys apparently can't take the fact that Kirito isn't a god and can very well lose a fight sometimes.
was the best swords man in alo
[Citation needed]. All the best players in ALO are about the same level skill-wise.

No, you clearly said "all the SAO survivors still playing", without regards to HOW they were playing the game. Not all SAO survivors who are still playing VR games originate from the diehard frontliner group of the SAO playerbase. Some players come from the middle levels, some actually specialised in production and marketing. Dive time alone doesn't give you combat experience. Of course it's an important factor, but not the only factor in the equation to generalise as much as you did.

No, he doesn't say that he's his equal. He says that he could pull off as many swings as XaXa did, not that he could stand on equal ground with him in general. If anything, a lighter sword means that he could pull off more attacks in the same amount of time, but he isn't used to fighting like that. He does, however, say that XaXa was far more powerful than he remembers from SAO, which is one of the reasons why Kirito found it hard to fight against him. On the other hand, XaXa himself found Kirito to be weaker than he used to be in SAO.
