Thinker (シンカー, Shinkā?) is one of the 10,000 players who were trapped in «Sword Art Online». He is in charge of the popular net gaming information site: «MMO Today» and was also the former leader of SAO's largest guild: the «Aincrad Liberation Force» (ALF).
Appearance
Real World Appearance/Sword Art Online Avatar
Thinker has umber-brown, wavy hair and brown eyes.[1] In Sword Art Online, Thinker wore a teal trench coat, white gloves and gray trousers.[2] In the real world, he wears a businessman suit.[1]
ALfheim Online Avatar
In ALfheim Online, Thinker is an Undine, retaining the same facial appearance except for the pointed ears, bluish eyes and light blue wings. He wears light white and blue attire.
Personality
Thinker desired to help those in need. During his time in SAO, he spent most of his time spreading information and resources equally among as many players as possible in order for them to use that mutual aid to clear the death game. Kirito described Thinker as having a character that gave off an aura of gentleness.[3]

Aincrad Arc
Morning Dew Girl
He is trapped in the dungeon under the «Black Iron Palace» by a faction leader named Kibaou and is later rescued by Kirito and Asuna.
Fairy Dance Arc
After returning to the real world, he marries Yulier, re-designs his site and transforms it to MMO Tomorrow, an information site focused on VRMMOs in general, including news and events held in each one individually. He later participates in the SAO clearing party along with Yulier and, with the release of New Aincrad, Thinker, along with Yulier, are shown flying to New Aincrad as Undines.
